In this course, you will learn to identify exactly what Emotional Intelligence is and what skills you already have and how it can be both developed and enhanced as well as learning new skills to reduce both your personal and workplace stress. We'll further teach you how to understand emotions and how they can fortify stronger relationships and help bring about a better understanding of their practical application in the real world.
